First steps often entail a first meeting with the relevant parties where we create a strong brief for the role: this is through gaining a clear understanding of your organisation, needs and culture. Your story is the most important part, and our efforts at this stage ensures a consistent and strong message goes out to market.
We then begin to research into the relevant markets, and begin cross-referencing for some strong market intelligence. Quite often several potential candidates will spring to mind, simply from our extensive network and experience, but it is important that we cover the whole market for you.
We manage the process on your behalf, right through from the approach, to initial interview to the final offer stages if necessary, and offer candidates advice on parting company in a fair and firm manner from their current employer.
