We are currently working with a client who is looking to hire an experienced Actuarial Reserving Lead to strengthen their growing group actuarial team, following a period of strong growth and acquisitions. Reporting into the Group Head of Reserving, this role will take ownership of reserving across multiple portfolios, including Lloyd’s business, and play a key part in shaping the group-wide reserving approach. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, committees, regulators and teams across the business. We are looking for a qualified actuary with strong Lloyd’s reserving experience (min 4years), solid P&C reserving background with a hands-on approach, confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
