Kirsty is a non-life actuarial head-hunter with over 2.5 years of experience placing actuaries.
Kirsty has quickly transitioned into the world of insurance, gaining a lot of experience working with candidates from graduates to the C-Suite. Following a 10-year career in education, Kirsty still links to her love of working with the younger generation by liaising with the London Market Student Group and organising the Bolton Associates’ sponsorship of their events. Kirsty prides herself on developing deep and long-lasting relationships with both her candidates and clients and continues to grow her knowledge of the industry.
