After completing her degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Nottingham Trent University, Lucy joined Bolton Associates fresh from the Public Health sector.
Lucy prides herself on developing long lasting and trusted relationships with both candidates and clients, while adopting a consultative approach to recruitment. She is excited to continue developing her knowledge and expertise within the General Insurance industry, with a core focus on Actuarial students and graduates within the market.
