Job description
We are seeking a Head of Reserving to join a leading Turnkey/Managing Agent overseeing reserving activities across Lloyd’s Syndicates. This senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CFO, requires in-depth knowledge of Solvency UK, GAAP, and market reserving practices.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Actuary with a strong background in non-life/London Market operations, exceling as a team leader and possessing exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
